Callawassie Island

Description

Callawassie Island is a subtropical 880-acre sea island connected to the mainland by a man made causeway. It has a rich and long history. The island is located in Beaufort County, South Carolina, along the headwaters of the Colleton River between Hilton Head Island and Beaufort.
